WebsiteIn48 provides a done-for-you website design and setup service, delivered within an estimated timeframe (typically 48 hours after receipt of required information), along with optional ongoing hosting and maintenance services.

WebsiteIn48 is a service-based business, not a software platform or SaaS product. Delivery involves human effort, creative work, and professional judgment.

2. Client Responsibilities

To deliver the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding

• Submit all required content, preferences, and materials promptly

• Respond to requests for clarification within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in providing required materials may delay delivery timelines. WebsiteIn48 is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client input.

3. Payment and Fees

General Terms

By purchasing any Service, you agree to pay the fees displayed at checkout, including any applicable one-time setup fees and recurring subscription fees (if applicable).

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Non-Refundable Fees

Because the Service involves custom design and labor, no refunds will be issued due to subjective dissatisfaction, including but not limited to:

• Disliking the design

• Preferring a different aesthetic

• Changing your mind after delivery

• Deciding the Service is no longer needed

4. Design Approval and Revisions

WebsiteIn48 provides:

• One (1) initial design draft

• One (1) revision round unless otherwise stated

Additional revisions, changes, or scope increases may incur additional fees.

Once the design is approved or delivered, the project is considered complete.

5. No Guarantee of Results

WebsiteIn48 does not guarantee:

• Increased traffic

• Lead generation

• Bookings

• Revenue

• Search engine rankings

Websites are marketing tools, and results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, client offerings, and external platforms.

6. Hosting, Maintenance and Subscriptions

If you subscribe to hosting or maintenance services:

• Fees are billed on a recurring basis

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

• Cancellation requires advance notice before the next billing cycle

WebsiteIn48 reserves the right to suspend hosting services for non-payment.

7. Asset Ownership & Transfers

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• WebsiteIn48 retains ownership of templates, layouts, frameworks, and underlying systems

• Clients receive a license to use the delivered website for their business

• Asset transfers (if offered) may require an additional fee

WebsiteIn48 is not obligated to provide raw files, source assets, or design systems beyond what is contractually included.

8. Termination

WebsiteIn48 reserves the right to:

• Refuse service

• Suspend or terminate accounts

• Discontinue the Service at any time

You may cancel services according to the cancellation terms provided at purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

WebsiteIn48 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebsiteIn48 from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your website content

• Violations of these Terms

• Third-party claims related to your website or business

11. No Lawsuits for Subjective Dissatisfaction

You acknowledge that:

• Design is inherently subjective

• Personal taste does not constitute a defect

• Dissatisfaction with creative output is not grounds for legal action

By purchasing the Service, you waive any right to legal claims based solely on subjective dissatisfaction after delivery.

12. Changes to These Terms

WebsiteIn48 may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
